1. Welcome

Welcome to Tinker.

These Passenger Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tinker platform, including our mobile applications, website and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By creating an account, booking a journey or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.

2. About Tinker

Tinker Technology d.o.o. (“Tinker”, “we”, “our” or “us”) develops and operates a digital mobility platform that connects passengers with independent transportation operators.

The Platform allows users to discover, book and pay for transportation services offered by licensed and approved operators.

Tinker is a technology company. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tinker does not own, operate or control the transportation services booked through the Platform.

Transportation services are provided by independent operators who are solely responsible for delivering the booked service safely, professionally and in accordance with applicable laws.

PART 3 — DEFINITIONS

To avoid ambiguity, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms.

Account

Means a registered user account created within the Platform.

Booking

Means a confirmed reservation made through the Platform.

Captain

Means the individual operating a vessel or other transport unit on behalf of an Operator.

Journey

Means the transportation service booked through the Platform.

Mobility Services

Means any transportation service offered through the Platform, including but not limited to water taxis, water buses, ferries, shuttle services, road transportation, or future transportation modes.

Operator

Means an independent company or individual providing transportation services through the Platform.

Passenger

Means any individual using the Platform to book transportation services.

Platform

Means all Tinker applications, websites, APIs, backend systems and digital services operated by Tinker Technology d.o.o.

Transport Unit

Means any vessel, vehicle, aircraft or other transportation asset made available through the Platform.

You may only use the Platform if:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Nature of the Platform

Tinker provides technology that enables passengers and independent transportation operators to connect.

Tinker does not guarantee that transportation services will always be available.

Operators remain entirely responsible for:

We strive to make every journey effortless—from booking to arrival.

7. Creating an Account

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create a personal account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to Tinker.

Tinker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, duplicate registrations or fraudulent activity.

8. Booking a Journey

The Platform enables Passengers to request transportation services from independent Operators.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee that transportation services will be available.

A Journey is confirmed only after an Operator has accepted the booking through the Platform.

Once confirmed, both Passenger and Operator will receive the relevant booking details.

Estimated arrival times, journey durations and availability displayed within the Platform are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, operational circumstances or other unforeseen events.

9. Pricing

Before confirming a booking, the Platform will display the applicable fare whenever reasonably possible.

Depending on the type of Mobility Service, pricing may include:

Final pricing may vary where changes to the requested Journey occur after booking, including passenger-requested route modifications or additional waiting time.

All prices are displayed in the applicable local currency unless otherwise indicated.

10. Payments

Payments made through the Platform are processed using trusted third-party payment providers.

Tinker does not store complete credit or debit card information.

By submitting payment details, you authorise Tinker and its payment providers to charge the applicable amount for confirmed bookings and any additional authorised charges arising from your use of the Platform.

Receipts will be provided electronically.

11. Cancellations

Passengers may cancel a booking in accordance with the Tinker Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Cancellation fees may apply depending on:

Where a booking is cancelled by an Operator or cannot proceed due to operational reasons, Tinker will assist in arranging an alternative Operator where reasonably possible or process the applicable refund.

12. Promotional Codes

From time to time, Tinker may issue promotional codes, vouchers or credits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Fraudulent use of promotional offers may result in suspension or termination of the Passenger’s account.

13. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to use the Platform responsibly and respectfully.

Passengers must:

Safety is a shared responsibility between Tinker, Operators and Passengers.

If an Operator reasonably believes that a Passenger’s behaviour presents a safety risk, the Operator may refuse or terminate the Journey.
